Virtual Consulting

Due to COVID-19 we are now offering some of our consulting services in a virtual form and at an excellent rate. Our basic package starts at just $100, and our premium package starting at just $250. Unfortunately, due to a potential conflict of interest we are unable to offer these services on tracts of land located within the state of WV.

Basic Virtual Pasture Management Consulting Session. 1. Based on your address I will send you A questionnaire and areal photograph in which I will ask you to outline your farms boundaries and existing paddocks then send back to me.2. I will also ask you to take photos of your paddocks and of the plants growing in the paddocks (i.e. grasses weeds etc.)3. Based on soil maps and provide recommendations for fertilizers and soil amendments according to crop removal rates.4. I will also provide a grazing plan with rotational schedule, seeding plan and weed management plan with recommendations for both chemical and non-chemical forms of weed control.5. Additional information regarding your lands suitability, limitations, and physical properties will also be provided. 6. Upon delivery of the final report, a telephone meeting can be scheduled to answer any questions and assure full understanding of the plans.7. This service is not available for tracks of land located in the state of West Virginia. Standard service agreement required.

Premium Virtual Pasture Management Consulting Session. 1. Based on your address I will send you A questionnaire and areal photograph in which I will ask you to outline your farms boundaries and existing paddocks then send back to me.2. I will also ask you to take photos of your paddocks and of the plants growing in the paddocks (i.e. grasses weeds etc.)3. After evaluating your photos and map I will determine how many soil samples are necessary and where they need to be taken from. I will then send you bags and a pre-labeled form so that you can takes soil samples and send them to the lab for analysis. (An additional charge will be added if exceeding 6 soil samples)4. I will then analyze the soil sample results to determine any nutrient and fertilizer needs and provide recommendations.5. I will also provide a grazing plan with rotational schedule, seeding plan and weed management plan with recommendations for both chemical and non-chemical forms of weed control.6. Additional information regarding your lands suitabilities, limitations, and physical properties will also be provided. 7.
